We are a Non-Profit Housing Co-operative located in St. Catharines, Ontario. We are a community of families that self govern our own operations through a democratically elected board of directors composed of our members. 

We provide safe and affordable housing to 62 families from all walks of life. Many different languages, many different ethnicities and many different skills working together to build the best community possible.

We are members of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada and the Golden Horseshoe Co-operative Housing Federation. We are administered by Niagara Regional Housing with respect to the Social Housing Reform Act.

We employ a full time manager and a full time maintenance person as well as various trades contractors as needed.
